Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Get Reputation, registered in Romania ("get-reputation.com", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the get-reputation.com website and AI visibility report services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory right you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract;
  • Are submitting accurate information and, where you act on behalf of a business, have the authority to bind that business to these Terms; and
  • Will use the Service in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

3. Description of Service & AI Limitations

The Service provides automated analyses of business visibility across various Artificial Intelligence (AI) Large Language Models (LLMs). You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Service relies on third-party AI models (including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others accessed via OpenRouter) to generate reports.
  • AI-generated content is inherently probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information ("AI hallucination"). We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any data, insight, or recommendation in a report.
  • Reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute marketing, legal, financial, or professional advice, nor a verified or official rating of any business. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the Service's output, and we recommend independently verifying any material finding before relying or acting on it.
  • We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service, including specific AI providers used, at any time.

4. Passwordless Accounts & Communications

The Service uses a passwordless authentication system. By submitting your email address to generate a report or complete a transaction, you authorize us to use that email address as your unique identifier and to send you transactional emails, report deliveries, and billing management links necessary to provide the Service. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address you provide, as it is our only way of identifying your account and delivering your report.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Prices for the Service are displayed at checkout in the currency shown and are exclusive/inclusive of VAT as indicated, where applicable. If you are purchasing as a business within the EU, you may be asked to provide a valid VAT number, and the reverse-charge mechanism may apply to cross-border B2B transactions. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already placed. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.; by making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer (a natural person acting for purposes outside your trade, business, or profession) located in the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU. However, because our Service is a digital service/report generated and delivered immediately on request, that right works as follows:

  • When you purchase a one-time report or begin a subscription, you expressly request that we begin performance (generating your report) immediately, and you acknowledge that once the report has been fully delivered to you, you lose your right of withdrawal.
  • If you withdraw before the report has been generated and delivered, we will refund your payment in full.
  • If you are purchasing as a business or trader rather than a consumer, this statutory withdrawal right does not apply to you, and Section 7 governs instead.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

A. One-Time Purchases: Because generating a report immediately incurs non-recoverable third-party compute costs, one-time report purchases are final and non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered, except where required by law — for example, if we fail to deliver a report at all due to a fault on our part, or where you are a consumer exercising a valid right under Section 6. Dissatisfaction with the substance, tone, or findings of an AI-generated report is not, by itself, a basis for a refund, given the probabilistic nature of AI output described in Section 3.

B. Subscriptions: If you enroll in a recurring subscription (e.g., weekly or daily monitoring), you authorize Stripe to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal link in your email receipts or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you retain access until then, and no prorated refunds are given for partial billing periods.

C. Statutory Conformity Rights: Nothing in this section excludes any right you have as a consumer under applicable law (including the EU Digital Content and Digital Services Directive (EU) 2019/770) to have a defective or non-conforming digital service corrected, discounted, or refunded where the Service itself — as opposed to the AI's findings — fails to work as described.

8. Free Reports

We may offer a free, limited-scope report as a preview of the Service. Free reports are offered at our discretion, may be limited to one per business, website, or email address, and may be discontinued or modified at any time. Attempting to circumvent usage limits on free reports (e.g., via multiple accounts or false information) is a violation of Section 9.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit a business name or website you do not own, represent, or are not otherwise authorized to request a report about;
  • Use the Service to harass, defame, or gather information about a business for an unlawful purpose;
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying prompts, models, or source code of the Service;
  • Resell, sublicense, or offer the Service or its output as a white-labeled product without our prior written permission;
  • Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; or
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or third party's rights.

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of this section (see Section 14).

10. Your Submissions

You represent that any business name, website URL, or other information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to request a report about it. We process this information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The website, layout, design, algorithms, and proprietary prompts used to generate reports are the intellectual property of get-reputation.com and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Generated reports are provided to you for your internal business use; you may not resell the Service or offer it as a white-labeled product without our prior written permission (see Section 9). Any feedback or suggestions you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including AI model providers (via OpenRouter), Stripe for payments, and Airtable/n8n for workflow automation. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes made by these third parties that affect the Service, though we will make reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any report will meet your expectations.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, get-reputation.com and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service, including AI-generated reports; or (iv) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless get-reputation.com and its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or content you submit, except to the extent caused by our own breach or negligence.

16. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service, or cancel a subscription, at any time as described in Section 7. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 10–15 and 17–18) will continue to apply.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania, except that, if you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence, and may bring proceedings in your local courts as permitted by applicable law.

18. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@get-reputation.com so we can try to resolve it directly. If you are an EU consumer and we are unable to resolve a complaint together, you may contact your national consumer dispute resolution body. Note that the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was permanently discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available; you can instead find your national consumer dispute resolution body via the European Commission's consumer redress directory.

19. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including outages of third-party AI providers, payment processors, hosting providers, or internet infrastructure.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will post the updated version here with a revised "Last updated" date, and where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify active customers by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

21. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
